PREP THE VEGGIES:
- For an easier blend, you can roughly chop all veggies (especially the larger ones) if desired.
TO MAKE THE SEASONING:
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. NOTE: Add a bit more water if needed for a smoother consistency.
- Add the green seasoning to your favorite mason jar or tightly sealed container and refrigerate for about a week for optimal freshness.
- To use in recipes, you'll need about 2-3 Tbsps of green seasoning which works perfectly on meats, seafood, soups, etc.
