  • 2 Tablespoons Molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Dry mustard
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ Cup Water (to adjust consistency)

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients except water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  6. Allow to cool before transferring to bottles or jars.
