Step 1: Prepare the Birria Meat
- Marinate the meat with chili powder, oregano, and cumin.
- Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker or pot, sear the meat, and add broth.
- Slow-cook for 2-3 hours (or 1 hour in a pressure cooker) until tender.
Step 2: Make the Pizza Dough
- Mix flour, yeast, warm water, and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 1 hour to rise.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread tomato sauce, followed by birria meat, cheese, and toppings (onions, cilantro, jalapeños).
Step 4: Bake
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
