Method
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steak to desired doneness. Slice and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve pasta topped with steak slices. Garnish with parsley.
