Ingredients
  

  • Butter: 2 tbsp (unsalted)
  • Pasta: 12 oz, penne or fettuccine
  • Olive Oil: 2 tbsp, extra virgin
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1 cup, grated
  • Spinach: 2 cups, fresh
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped for garnish

Equipment

  • Pressure cooker (optional for faster cooking)
  • Large Pot
  • Grill pan or skillet
  • Colander

Method
 

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steak to desired doneness. Slice and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Serve pasta topped with steak slices. Garnish with parsley.
