  • 1 Tongs For flipping chicken
  • 1 Meat thermometer (optional) Ensure chicken reaches 165°F

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Low-sodium
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Substitute: half-and-half
  • ½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes Chopped (oil-packed)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Oregano, basil, thyme blend
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes Optional for spice
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • To taste Salt & black pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prep Chicken: Season breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in skillet. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
  • 520Make Sauce: Sauté garlic in skillet. Add broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
  • Finish: Stir in Parmesan until melted. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Garnish with basil.
